| Residential Sub-floors
Builder Neils Nielson appreciates
the versatility of LiteSteel® beam
when it comes to awkward
renovations on difficult sites.
All materials had to be walked in on this very steep
and limited access site and the demolition of unwanted
brickwork in the crawl space had to be kept to a
minimum. LSB® proved its superiority by allowing
longer spans over existing brickwork and by reducing
the number of footings required. Manoeuvrability and
termite resistance proved once again that LSB is the
right choice for residential sub floors.
Overall benefits of LSB
- Provided a solution for Subterranean
- Termite Infestation.
- Didn’t need a crane.
- LSB enabled longer spans.
- Reduced installation time lead to reduced cost to build.
‘LSB provided a practical solution to
protect the sub-floor from Subterranean
Termite Infestation, which is common
to the area.’
Neils Neilson, Builder
‘LSB was easy to work with.’
