The long span capability of LSB increased the span of the joists to suit the existing column centres, reducing structural steel members and saving significant costs for this warehouse conversion in Alexandria, Sydney.
The LSB joists with steel beams mezzanine level was quick to install and was less labour intensive than traditional construction methods, resulting in a lower cost of installation.
